Hello everyone, it's Cat.
I wish I could explain what's going on, but I don't have the time. All I can say is; we'll find him and get him back.
I'll make a longer post once everything's blown over.

Insert Fitting Title Here?
Hello ladies and germs, my name is Cynthia. Some of you know me as The Sleepwalker. Danny is a little....funky, and has been ever since he visited his now ex-girlfriend. So I'm writing this in his stead!
So he went to some weird place named The Valley of Song, with me in tow. I saw a lot of Choir Members there, and they kind of spooked me out a bit. I hung really close to Danny, but he smiled and told me not to worry, they wouldn't hurt me. I was on his side, and he was on their side. I almost followed that logic. Sort of. Anyways, he continued through the Valley of Song, looking for the house of Elise Murray. We were looking around, high and low. There were so many houses! More than New York, but they weren't tall like New York. There were people in business suits everywhere, talking on cell phones and holding briefcases and buying hotdogs. Why in the world would there be so many hotdog stands in one place?
Eventually, we found her house, and Danny went inside. I waited outside, and bought a hotdog. It was delicious. I had ketchup and mustard and relish with it, and I bought a Coca-Cola to go with it! It was nice and cold. Even though it was winter, I was hot in pants and a t-shirt. I don't know how the business people stood it.
An hour passed, and I decided to go inside to see if they had made up. When I got inside, what I saw.......was not the case. There was a man next to Elise, and it looked like they were dating. Danny looked glanced at me, and I knew the look. It was a very angry one. I could feel his rage from where I was standing, a good distance away.
In one swift motion, Danny lunged forward with his knife, and stabbed the man next to Elise 26 times, letting him fall to the ground. Elise screamed some sort of curse in Choir-speak, which is a really spooky language Grayskins use to talk, and formed a shotgun in her left hand, and blasted Danny right in the stomach. He staggered backwards, and I ran to help him. Elise was screaming loudly, firing her shotgun wildly, pumping a few blasts at me. Luckily, they didn't hurt me.
I dragged him out of the Valley of Song, and called Sol. Or at least that's what Danny, only half-awake, told me to do. So I called him, and he came in his truck. We got him to an Oathbreaker's clinic quickly enough for them to be able to save him. According to Sol, The Wooden Girl has a deal with The Plague Doctor. The Oathbreakers patch up the Dolls, and the Dolls don't "frick their shiz up." As Sol put it.
After we got back to the Tower, The Choir issued a statement declaring war upon The Wooden Girl. Apparently Danny killed one of their higher-ups, and that was bad.
The Wooden Girl was surprisingly calm. She said she needed to talk to him in her room. Upon going in their, I heard Danny scream for a couple minutes, then he came out, trembling it. He said he didn't want to talk about it.
He's been pretty depressed for a while, and it wasn't until today that he finally cheered up a bit. He still didn't feel like writing this though, so I wrote it for him!
Anyways, Cat went into his room, where I spend most of my time, and gave him a box of chocolates. He didn't open it then, though, something about "Cat being allergic to it" or something. Long story short, they're now a couple. Danny and Cat are dating now. They're sleeping together right now, and I notice Cat's tail is coiled around Danny's arm. It's kind of cute.
Oh by the way, an Archivist stopped by today and gave a list of current alliances to The Wooden Girl, and it's been passed around since. I'm pretty sure you all know it fairly well by now, but I'll put it up anyways.
The Blind Man and The Wooden Girl
The Archangel, The Choir, The Rake, and The Vision
The Plague Doctor and The Slender Man
The Convocation, EAT, and The Intrusion
The Deep and DEVOUR (There's a scary one)
The Cold Boy, The Mother of Snakes, and The Unnamed Child
Jack Of All, The Pandorean Jar, and The Unbounded Face (I have no idea who any of them are...)
And now I'm gonna go back to listening to Eminem. I love his music. "Just Lose It" is my favorite! Any one else like Eminem?

More Important Problems
So we were hanging out, trying to figure out what to do about The Eye, when Sol burst into the room. He said one thing. "DUDE THERE'S AN OCEAN IN THE EMPTY CITY!" He yelled at the top of his lungs. Suddenly my mind was racing. What kind of trickery was this?
I went outside, and saw nothing out of the ordinary.
Eventually everyone got outside, and then we began a caravan of cars, everyone piling in to whatever cars were being driven. My car had myself, The Sleepwalker (Who's been hanging around much in the same manner Elise used to), and three dolls I don't know of. Sol leading us in his pickup with a very pissed-off looking Mistress, her brows knotted and scowling, despite the painted grin on her face.....you'd have to see it to believe it.
We drove Six and Seven blocks, and the buildings shifted to reveal a parking lot. Across the street was The Blind Man and his troupe of Archivists, most of them wearing the traditional robes or overly-geeky T-shirts for bad movies like "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" or "Con-Air." We got out, and The Blind Man immediately spoke with Mistress. He told us to go a couple blocks down the road. And so we did, and we were shocked by what we saw.
The City just...dropped off into water. Stretching infinitely to the left and right and onwards. Looking down proved nothing. Just endlessly deep. A loud rumbling came from behind us, and suddenly, a crane holding a ball with windows in it rolled up.
"What the hell is that?" I heard one of the dolls ask.
"That is a submarine. Except it's connected to a sturdy 10-feet-thick cable. Basically, what we want to do is send a couple people in the craft down into the ocean, down 1000 feet or until the bottom, see what they can, and come back, and report their findings." The Blind Man explained. "Now, any volunteers?"
Mistress spoke up. "I volunteer Daniel Thompson. He's the closest thing we have to an intelligence department, or at least someone who's not one of the shmucks from retardation row." She waved her hand at Sol and the others.
"I'll go." I said, not having much choice in the matter.
"I'll go too! To where will I go?" The Sleepwalker responded, though I knew what she was talking about.
So we were to go with a archivist named Jensen or something like that.
"Not so fast!" a feminine voice yelled. We all turned to see a female with an skin-tight leather bodysuit with a gas mask. Holy shit did she have some curves. Anyways, she was obviously a timberwolf, and we all took our weapons out simultaneously. "Hold up. Father is just as worried about this bullshit as you all are. So I'm coming with you."
"But...the capsule can only three people." The Blind Man responded.
"So I'm kicking one of you fuckers out." She looked us over. "Hey, Psycho Bitch, beat it." She pointed to The Sleepwalker. Her response was a very.....enthusiastic version of "Under The Sea" from The Little Mermaid. Maybe it was a mistake to marathon disney movies with her...
The timberwolf pulled out her gun and cocked it. The response was thousands of swords unsheathing and hundreds of guns cocking. She backed off after that.
So, finally, with all the excuses and formalities out of the way, we boarded the capsule.
"Let's hope the pressure doesn't crush the capsule and kill you." The Blind Man grinned and closed the capsule.
As we were lowered into the ocean, I started feeling very uneasy. Jensen was visibly bothered as well. Even Cynthia (The Sleepwalker, she gave me the go-ahead to use her name as I'm writing this) was a bit scared. The water got darker and darker, eventually falling to total darkness. I saw no fish on the way down, and then suddenly something slammed against the capsule. Cynthia fell right onto my lap and Jensen sort of accidentally falling on my head. The capsule was shaking madly and the window swung around to show us our attacker, and we came face-to-face with a deep-sea anglerfish, showing us his rows and rows of sharp pointed fangs, and his eyes had a dead, glossy quality to them. It rammed the capsule again and again, starting to dent the exterior slightly.
"Danny, what do we do?!" Cynthia freaked out. I only let her call me Danny, because she was too stubborn to not do that.
"Calm yourself, Cynth." I responded. "We'll be fine. If it gets it I'll knife it."
"Nice idea, asshole." Jensen groaned. "Except we'll have all FUCKING DROWNED before you can do that."
"Good point..." I shut up after that.
The anglerfish was relentless, but after a long time of unsuccessful bashing and me cursing every time my head hit the ceiling of the capsule, it let us be.
As we went further, we saw strange multi-colored rods everywhere, connected to these strange disk-like things that hurt to look at, and they seemed to be looking back. One passed right by our capsule, and the disk seemed to have thousands of eyes and none at the same time. They stared right at us, and all three of us cringed.
Jensen stared in horror.
Cynthia closed her eyes and hummed something unintelligible.
I closed my eyes as well, and began singing something comforting.

"Hey! Mr Tambourine Man, play a song for me
I'm not sleepy and there is no place I'm going to
Hey! Mr Tambourine Man, play a song for me
In the jingle jangle morning I'll come followin' you.
Though I know that evenin's empire has returned into sand
Vanished from my hand
Left me blindly here to stand but still not sleeping
My weariness amazes me, I'm branded on my feet
I have no one to meet
And the ancient empty street's too dead for dreaming."
When I opened my eyes, it had passed off beyond us. Cynthia then forced herself into me, beginning to cry. It was the first time I had seen her cry. She just sobbed into my chest. Even Jensen was sympathetic.
I began to cry too.
When we finally got back onto the surface, we recounted our experience.
The Blind Man listened intently. "I'll need to do some research. I have a general idea of what it might be, but I'm not fully sure. You go back to your Tower and get some rest." And with that, his caravan began to move out.
Also, I heard of what Elise is up to. She's in The Valley of Song. I might pay a visit over there sooner or later.

A Sensitive Matter
So I found The Sleepwalker. She had just decided to wander off through Central Park, but I found her. And scolded her to not run off like that again.
I'm gonna make this long story short.
Basically, I was called by Mistress to the Towering Realm. When I got there, it was a burning wreck. I found the Manufactured Newborn, and he told me in his click-whir language that The Eye showed up and destroyed it, and The Glitch ran after The Eye. We took The MN back to the Tower, and we've just been kind of sitting around trying to figure things out since. And I haven't seen Elise. At all. Weird.
So yeah, that's an update for you.

Numerous Advances
Happy New Year to all you runner/proxy/normal people who stumbled upon my blog and were like what the hell is this. Since I last posted on December 28th, things have grown increasingly complex and generally stranger. But you know what? That's okay.
I aimlessly drove around the Northeast for a couple days, until I read Lydia's invitation to go to the bar. So I went. Upon arrival, she was waiting on a stool at the bar, and The Sleepwalker (Whose name I'm withholding for reasons) and I went inside and sat down next to her. Sleepy ordered a Coke, and I got a Root Beer, because I don't trust myself with alcohol any longer, and Lydia and I chatted about current events and whatnot. She did clue me on to one of the targets I was looking for. She told me "Reality's Computer Virus is working with Reality's Toy." That told me all I needed to know.
So off I went to The Empty City and the Towering Realm. Sure enough, The Glitch was there, and fortunately, he didn't see The Sleepwalker or I.
On my way back to New Jersey, where I was to resume my search, I was stopped by someone in a Police Car. This kind of freaked me out. But to my surprise, who should be the police officer but Jack of All. He gave me this weird, ancient looking urn-type thing. He told me to hold onto it. I put it in the back seat, and The Sleepwalker instantly latched onto it, claiming it as hers.
It wasn't long enough afterwards I got a call from Mistress. I was to report to Grand Central Station alone. Sol would be waiting there for me. So, after arriving in New York City, I dropped The Sleepwalker at the Central Park Zoo with $3000 and told her to have fun and I'd be back for her later. I found a place to park the car, and went to the station to meet up with Sol.
We didn't stay in Grand Central Station for long. We took the subway to somewhere, I didn't care to notice, I was just following Sol, and we ended up in one of the seedier parts of New York City, and we ducked down an alley, going through a very broken-looking door. In the elevator that the hall we went through led to, there was a keyhole, which Sol inserted a key into. We then began going down, rather than up, and ended up in a pure white facility. Mistress was there, as was Sylvia, Luna, Tyrone, Cat, and others.
"Welcome back, Daniel." Luna smiled.
"What the hell is this?" I asked her.
"This is an institution devoted to researching the Fears." She responded.
"Topography Genera?" I asked, the infamous research facility coming to mind instantly.
"No." Luna shook her head.
"So what's this one called?" I inquired.
"We just call it The University." Luna replied.
"So why are we all here?" I kept up with the questions.
"No one's been able to answer that mystery since the dawn of time." Luna sighed.
"No, I mean, at The University!" I yelled in exasperation.
"Oh." Luna replied, like it was some shocker. "There was an incident with Turnip. Elise killed him for some reason, and she's disappeared."
That's just fucking lovely.
My pregnant girlfriend just fucking disappeared on me after killing a comrade of mine.
"That doesn't answer my question." I continued.
"Anyways, Mistress liked Turnip, remember? So she's done something interesting. She's turned him into a Fear."
"WHAT?!" I couldn't contain a shocked scream.
"He's called The Reader now. He's the Fear of fortune-telling and predictions in general. He looks a great deal different now." Luna responded. "But he's still Turnip. Just not conciously."
"I want to see him." I said, not really sure if I did or not.
"Right down there." She pointed in the direction of a long hallway.
Once I got to the end, I saw him. He was in a large room, separated from everyone else. He looked no different that I could tell except he was wearing a long hooded robe. I couldn't see his face, but we both stared at each other intently. He suddenly staggered backwards, and suddenly my mind felt extremely violated. I had nothing else to say to him. So I left.
Afterwards, I went back to the zoo at closing time, to find The Sleepwalker not there. I knew she hadn't wandered off, so that must've mean she was kidnapped. So I've been searching for her ever since.
It's weird though, that odd urn.....it twitches from time to time. Kinda weird.

Hide And Seek Is Won
I'm so glad I found The Sleepwalker when I did. It was because of her that I found The Vision. She told me that she saw in a dream of hers, she saw The Vision in a house in New Jersey. Sure enough, we found her there. She said nothing to me, even when I had my knife pointed at her, which was mostly a gesture to show I wasn't afraid of her. The Sleepwalker had two handguns pointed at her, again mostly pointless. For a crazy 14-year old girl, she sure is packing heat.
She said nothing to me, she simply pointed to my head, and tapped it, and I fell backwards. Instantly, I saw several things. Elise giving birth. A double hourglass carved in a burnt rose garden. Sylvia's dead body. A shotgun. Darkness. My own hands, covered in blood. The Archangel, holding Cat by the tail. Whether she was alive, I couldn't tell. Tyrone dying right in front of me. A large snowbank. A patchwork vulture standing on a skeleton. Several other flashes of things I couldn't quite comprehend. I then blacked out. Ah well, I'm not going to muse on those things too much, I know how The Vision works.
When I came to, there was a note lying on the floor. It read "yOuR sUsPiCiOnS aRe TrUe." And I guess it was written by the vision. I suppose it was difficult to write with those massive claws. So this meant she was working with The Archangel.
Afterwards, I called up Mistress to tell her about my findings. When I finished, I asked her if I could come back to The Tower. She said no. Apparently, because of this, this means that I have to FIND ALL THE OTHER HYPOTHETICAL FEARS AND MAKE SURE THE SAME THING DOESN'T HAPPEN FUCKING HELL.
At least The Sleepwalker's willing to see it through with me. So now I'm off to find them, any of them. Lydia, if you know where any of them are, please let me know. It would make my life SO much easier.

The Sleepwalker
Merry fucking Christmas to anyone who still bothers reading this blog. I should be at the Tower with my girlfriend and friends, but no, instead, I'm listening to the Wallflowers in my Prius with a sleeping 14-year old girl in the back.
It all started back on the 22nd. Elise called me. She was crying. "Baby, what's wrong?" I asked. The next words freaked me the fuck out.
"I'm pregnant." She replied, and that was all. We were both silent for several minutes, but after a little while my brain went out of it and I ensured her I would stick with her and all that. I haven't heard from her since.
On the 23rd, I was trailing another possible lead, this time from the Blind Man himself, when I found a girl sitting on the steps of a house in the middle of Brooklyn.
"Are you okay?" I asked her, as she was slowly rocking back and forth, her eyes wide open.
"Who, me? Me, who? Yes you? How do you do?" She asked me, looking me dead in the face.
"Uh......I'm fine. What's your name?" I asked her.
"Sleepwalker is what they call me."
I had heard of the The Sleepwalker. The only successful runner from the Grotesque. She was of folklore and legend in the Doll community, and no one knew much about her. In fact, we all thought she was a he until then.
"Your name is? Name is yours?" She asked me.
"Daniel." I replied.
"Daniel is your name. Your name is Daniel. That's a good name. A good name is that." She replied.
This chick is utterly fucking insane.
"What are you afraid of?" She suddenly asked me.
"I'm a Willing Doll." I replied concisely, knowing what she was getting at. "Look, have you seen The Vision around?"
"Many visions I have seen, but none of her. Her of none, the visions but I have seen many." Jesus.
"Okay.....have you seen any Scions?" I asked her.
"Many I have seen, and I have seen many. Along with the cult, the cult along with." She replied. Fuck, the timberwolves seem to be working with her.
"Where did you see them?" I questioned her.
"The park in the central. In the Central Park." She responded. "I can lead you. You can lead I."
"Come on, then." I helped her up, and I then drove to Manhatten with her. She lead me to the exact spot. Nothing.
But since then I've been getting quite a few leads to Scions, haven't found any yet, but she's started traveling with me. Can't say I exactly mind the company.
We even had a little Christmas. I gave her an old Genesis CD, and she gave me a pair of socks that she swore were magical. She may be insane, but I don't mind her.

Non-stop
I've been barely stopping to sleep. I need to find the goddamn Vision, but I don't seem to be finding a single FUCKING CLUE and it's driving me INSANE.
What's more, the Blind Man told me that the Archivist wasn't actually one, but rather, a SCION. A FUCKING SCION. They're looking for her now and seeing if they can get any leads on things.
I have to keep looking too.

EDIT: I really with I could go with him.....not hearing from him for long stretches like this worries me, especially considering how he is these days.....

What a visionary
Hoo boy, has it been a while since I've updated here! I just haven't seen the need to, nothing's really been....happening recently. We've been rebuilding everything, mostly our forces, and we have about 100 new Willing Dolls running around the tower. (Mistress just had to take over a Fourth Grade Class on a field trip, so now Luna is head of the Munchkin brigade, and they are ANNOYING) and I've been learning how to drive from Elise. I've gotten my licence from the Archive and everything.
But not today. Mistress called me into her room, and when a conversation opens with "I've been noticing you've been acting a bit testy recently" you know something either very good or very bad is going to happen.
"Yes, I have." I responded truthfully.
"Why is that?" She asked in the current southwestern drawl everybody hates so much.
"Because I haven't been assigned to anything, I just find myself doing completely asinine tasks around the tower day in and day out." I learned a long time ago not to sugarcoat things when dealing with Mistress.
"Well you're lucky then. You see, I have a job for you to do. I was originally going to ask Tyrone to do it, but since you seem so eager.....whatever. Basically, one of the Fear candidates has been elevated by the Archive to Fear status."
"Which one?" I asked.
"The Vision." She responded. Oh fucking shit, HER. Out of all of them, it had to be her. It just HAD to be. "So I want you to find out why."
"Got it." I said.
So long story short, I got a Prius (fucking priuses) and went off looking for The Vision, and I'm currently in a motel in the middle of FUCKING NOWHERE BECAUSE SOME BITCH-ASS ARCHIVIST SAID SHE MIGHT BE HERE AND man I'm tired. I'm gonna sleep.
~Thompson out.
EDIT: In case you haven't noticed, he's gotten a bit....crazier since the last time he posted here. I've been trying to keep him stablized with asinine tasks to try to calm the crazy a bit, but I can see I failed.
Nothing to do now but sit back and watch the roller coaster.....oh dear.

I'm done with this Timey-wimey bullshit.
So I was gone for 2 weeks. But I was only gone for 12 hours.
Fucking eldritch time bullshit.
Anyways, allow me to explain some things.
First off, this post deals very heavily with the alternate Fears, so I'll post a handy chart of which one is which here.
The Archangel = The Reaper
The Black Dog = The Dark Hound
The Blind Man = The Sightless Seer
The Brute = The Chained
The Burning Bride = The Veil
The Choir = The Spoken
The Cold Boy = The Snowman
The Convocation = The Hawks
The Dying Man = The Broken
EAT = The Condition
The Empty City = R'lyeh (Ironic, isn't it)
The Eye = The Constable
The Grotesque = The Sleepers
The Intrusion = The Crawlers
The Manufactured Newborn = The Toy
The Mother of Snakes = The Temptress
The Nightlanders = The Shadows
The Plague Doctor = The Virus
The Quiet = The Consumption
The Rake = The Claw
The Red Cap = The Blood
The Slender Man = The Faceless
The Smiling Man = The Deranged
The Unnamed Child = The Forgotten
The Wooden Girl = The Controller
Keep all that in mind while reading this, because I'll be referring to them as such.
Anyways, it all began when I took my knife and went in search of The City Core. Since the City was shaken with constant earthquakes, this made walking through it a tricky business. One misstep and I could be sent careening into an endless fissure. It's times like that when you wish you knew how to drive, but since Sol's promised to teach me how to do so soon, it's not all bad.
It was weird, though, walking through the Empty City when it was, you know, empty. There are usually Nightlanders everywhere, but not this time. Everything was still. Except the fucking ground. It was unnerving as all shit.
Anyways, after about an hour of aimlessly wandering and almost plunging into random fissures to my doom, I reached my destination. A small building that was really just a door and three walls. I entered, walking down the gloomy, dark staircase like I did for analysis several months ago. It was so foreign and odd though, to be back in a place like this.
I got into the main room and was shocked to see what I saw. It was bound. There was a door with large tendrils out of it, grabbing the main core, trying to rip it from it's place. This was R'lyeh, trying to remove The Core from it's place and destroy it. Instinctually, I began cutting the tendrils with my knife, but it wasn't amounting to much. A large tendril came out of the door and smashed me away, a door to R'lyeh opening behind me, and I was thrown into the fray.
The good news is I found where everyone was. The bad news is I crashed head-on into the Virus, who was busy poisoning several Oathbreakers who was trying to protect the Plague Doctor. Fortunately, I crashed into his back, so I was able to slink off before he found me.
I saw Dawson, Lydia, and several other recognizable proxies fighting off the droves of others that survived the last battles, as well as their masters themselves. I could pick out The Slender Man fighting with The Claw, but not much else. I took some time very violently bashing two fake Timberwolf's heads together.
What happened next defied all logic and reason.
The Screaming Tower dropped out of the fucking sky and landed just yards away from where I was standing, obviously crushing anything underneath. Two Nests cheered loudly about them crushing The Blood, or "The Wicked Witch of The East" before being consumed rather gruesomely by a swarm of Crawlers.
All of a sudden, I heard someone yelling, and Mistress burst forth from the Tower with all the Dolls in tow. Like, she literally blew the doors off with explosives for reasons I'll never quite understand, and the fray intensified. I found myself back to back with Tyrone, who was wielding a baseball bat quite proficiently, and between his bludgeoning and my slicing, we were causing a rather nice shower of blood on us. I just wish my trilby was easier to wash.
Somewhere it was said that The Temptress was dead, as was The Dark Hound, leaving 22 remaining. Not a single Fear on our side had died.....until Mistress bit the dust. But barely missing a beat, she popped out of a Doll and continued fighting.
As I was taking great pleasure of slowly murdering a surviving fake Blood Vessel (Or maybe it was on my side, I wasn't particularly picky about killing Blood Vessels) The Quiet/Consumption made an appearance. And began fighting each other.
No, you didn't read that wrong. The Quiet was fighting itself. It's passive, too. I don't get it either, but it was causing a rather large amount of pandemonium as everyone was trying to escape the Vortex. Except two people. The Archangel and The Reaper. Uncaringly, they were fighting, and unexpectedly, they were sucked into the Quiet. The both of them.
The Reaper died instantly, but Archie grabbed onto a streetpole and held fast. Mistress, oddly enough, went over to grab him, when she could've just left him. Everyone stopped and looked at this. Mortal enemies, wanting to kill each other every second of the day, were now trying to save each other.
In the end, Archie failed to hold on and Mistress only got his gas mask. He fell into the void, and anyone dumb enough to look at the body had their flesh burnt off. Mistress was able to escape by way of strings.
She gave the mask to Dawson, who fell on his knees praying. Now that there were considerably less people to fight, it was easier to move around.
One thing I noticed suddenly was a significant absence of the Choir. And Elise. This bothered me, as I wasn't sure if she was even alive or not. I stopped for a moment and mused on the fact that I was watching The Unnamed Child brutally stomp out The Toy and loving every second of it.
I noticed the Spoken were fucking shit up with tanks, then The Manufactured Newborn took over their tank and blew themselves up with it. I didn't remember him being able to do that.
At this point, there were several who had died, yet none (Other than good old Archie) had died on our side.
The ones still alive were:
The Sightless Seer
The Chained
The Veil
Some of The Hawks
The Snowman
Some of The Broken
Some of The Condition
R'lyeh (Obviously)
The Constable
The Sleepers
A handful of The Crawlers (The Convocation were having fun with them)
The Shadows
The Virus
The Consumption
The Claw
The Deranged
The Forgotten
The Controller
17 alternate Fears left.
After fighting my way through some fake timberwolves who were too busy blubbering over their dead master to fight, I watched The Snowman and The Cold Boy fight. They were having a snowball fight, packing as much ice and rock into each one, and I couldn't help but laugh. That ended rather quickly when The Burning Bride walked up to The Snowman and gave him a bear hug. I saw some things in the following seconds that I can't describe and frankly, wouldn't even if I could.
Fighting my way over to Mistress, I saw several broken, discarded shells of her body strewn where she was fighting with The Controller. She was losing, but I also noticed several bodies of The Controller. I moved on, knowing my gawking would only lead to my demise.
I felt claws graze my back. I turned around and was staring right at The Claw.
Have you ever had a knife fight with The Rake? I dunno, some of you might've. But it's interesting. Especially when Darren comes up from behind and beats him over the head with a mop. Yeah, he was torn to shreds, but it was interesting to watch. I took that opportunity to tear The Claw a new one. No, seriously, I shoved it up his ass and cut upwards, eventually carving him up like a Thanksgiving Turkey. Never thought I could kill a Fear, but I managed.
The Eye and The Constable were having laser eye battles in the sky, and I noticed neither of them had good aim. I watched The Eye evaporate a Rose Bride out of the blue. I turned my attention to more important matters, like the fact that there were a flock of Eagles attacking a prehistoric dragonfly not even 10 yards away from me.
America, motherfuckers.
A huge explosion rocked R'lyeh, and I looked over to see what it was. Apparently when The Plague Doctor dies, he explodes germs. Or maybe that was the manner he died. I dunno. All I knew was the fact that the Virus was dead, and The Plague Doctor walked slowly out of a cloud of germs.
An explosion in the sky. I knew we were winning at that point, as I watched the cracked, dry eyeball of The Constable fall and smash against the ground, eye filling going everywhere.
A Grotesque-person rose up from lying on the ground to scream that The Sleepers were killed by The Grotesque.
I could tell we were winning, seeming as how literally just about all the enemy proxies were dead. Here was what was left.
2 or 3 of The Condition
R'lyeh
The Shadows
The Consumption
The Controller
After the The Condition was taken out, I noticed Mistress had tied The Controller to The Screaming Tower. The suction on The Consumption was getting bigger, and doors to The Empty City opened Doors everywhere, and we all flooded the Doors, making sure not to let any of The Shadows in. Then, the tendrils on the Core broke off, and we watched R'lyeh get sucked into the Consumption. There were still some people when R'lyeh got sucked up like a pot noodle, (For example, I watched Lydia save Turnip, who was very disgruntled at losing his book and his glasses) but we couldn't save them. All the doors closed, and then I realized something as The Doors opened to various realms and everyone was filing through the doors.
"Wait a sec! What about The Tower?" I asked her.
"I can answer that." A female voice answered me. Elise was standing behind me, and we kissed as soon as our eyes met. "The Choir and all of us obfuscated a Screaming Tower for Miss Maple and the Dolls to hide in. It was a very odd trojan horse, but it was that that broke through the enemy lines and confused them. The disorientation was when the battle turned tides." And then we kissed again.
"Well, Daniel, I suppose this is it." Dawson walked up to me and shook my hand. "I hate your fucking guts, but it was a good hate." He grinned.
"Where are you going?" I asked him.
He just dropped his head. "Our Father, Who art in heaven, Hallowed by thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." And pulled the gas mask onto his head.
He swayed a bit, and dropped to the floor. Then he stood up."I'm back, bitches!" he said in the familiar Archangel voice, and then dashed into a Door leading to Bliss. So his power is stored in his gas mask.
Then we went home.
And here I am.

Dead to the world
Mistress lost contact with the Dolls.
There was no one in the Catacombs.
No one in Bliss.
No Nightlanders.
No anyone.
I'm going to find the Empty City Core, providing it still exists.
Wish me luck.

There's been nothing. Not a word from any of the other Fears. Nothing at all.
Mistress is sending a platoon of Dolls out to the Catacombs.
All we can do is wait.
I've always hated waiting.
I miss Elise.

War
I woke up early this morning. Everyone was bustling about, trying to defend the Tower. Upon getting up, I saw Sylvia motion for me to follow her. Naturally, I did, and she led me to Mistress's room. Rather than lying down in her chair, she was was sitting up, her elbows resting on the arms of the chairs. You know the pose Gendo Ikari makes a lot in Neon Genesis Evangelion? Yeah, that was her position. Upon my entrance, she spoke. "Danielle just left."
"And?" I asked.
"They're attacking. The proxies. Everyone's already assembling in an area of The Empty City. We're going to stand our ground." Mistress responded.
"Well, then we should go."
"First we have to get out of here. We're barely keeping the door barricaded. They ambushed us. The alternate Dolls. The Blind Man was wrong. They have more proxies than we do. We're losing ground and Dolls, and fast." Mistress sighed.
"I'll be right back." I said, rushing to my room and grabbing my Bayonetted Flamethrower. I disattached them from each other, tossing my Flamethrower on my bed. I'll take them down with just my knife. I'm better with that anyways.
Instead of going back to Mistress's room, I headed for the door, wondering what kind of barricade they had up. I wished I hadn't. There were four dolls, pushing on the door to keep it closed. A crowd of other Dolls and Willing Dolls were clustered nearby. "This is the kind of barricade we're running here?" I asked angrily, looking at the pathetic excuse before me.
"There isn't much else we can do at this point, sir." Tyrone spoke up. "We can only do so much against the Dolls on the other side."
"Everyone, get your weapons and stand back. When I say go, you four Dolls will let go of the doors, and we'll engage them in combat." I ordered. Since the other Willing Dolls regard me as in command when I get like this, they all listened, and everyone had a weapon of some kind. Cat had a nifty pair of gauntlets with claws on the end of them. She licked them and her tail flicked excitedly. I thought that was an outfit. Then her ears twitched and I began to question just how human she was really. "Alright....one....two....THREE!" I yelled. The Dolls stepped back, but the doors flew open so fast that the doors crushed two of the Dolls with a rather unpleasant crunch.
We rushed through the doors before they could, taking the first few by surprise and clearing out the space before the door. From my perspective, I could see five of my fellow servants. Tyrone was wielding a sword with amazing speed and dexterity, switching from left hand to right hand when it suited him. Cat was literally ripping through enemy Dolls with her claws, and Thomas was close to me, joint in mouth, mowing the enemy down with a crossbow, taking out two or three with every bolt fired. Proxy and Burnlove were side-by-side, Proxy with two revolvers, one in each hand, and Burnlove with a Flamethrower. She wielded it efficiently and emotionlessly. I couldn't help feeling bad for her. Nine-year-old girls are supposed to be playing with Barbies on the playground, not roasting supernatural wooden puppets in an interdimensional war.
Looking up, I saw someone floating above his Dolls. Danielle's so called "Lord Pinocchio." He was wearing a mask, but I could tell behind that mask, there was a grinning, painted face not like Mistress's.
Speaking of Mistress, she was suddenly in front of him. "Well, well, well, if it isn't The Wooden Man. I see you responded to what I told your little lapdog."
"I am The Controller." He responded. I could hear their voices, speaking loudly over the din of battle. I put their conversation in the back of my head, I had Dolls to kill.
I heard a giggle somewhere, and recognized it. I followed it through the masses of fighting Dolls, and came to exactly what I expected. Danielle.
"I'm glad I found you, Daniel!" Danielle grinned, rushing towards me with her knife, which was almost exactly the same as mine.
"And why's that?" I asked, parrying her blow and thrusting forwards.
"Because," She jumped back to dodge my knife. "I wanna cut you a deal." She rushed at me once again, using a similar tactic. She was stalling.
"And what's that?" I asked, using the same parry.
"Simple." She responded. "I'm willing to drop my Master if you're willing to drop yours."
"Why would I do that?" I replied.
"If you and I worked together, we could probably become Fears ourselves. You know. The Chained and The Veil? Like those two." Danielle grinned.
"So you want our relationship like that of the Brute and The Burning Bride, where the Brute is a psychopath who turned The Burning Bride so she could never be with anyone other than him? That's what you want?" I asked, getting annoyed.
"Yes- I mean no! I just wanted us to be a duel Fear." Danielle replied.
"No." I said, rushing at her suddenly with my knife.
"Wha?" She had let her guard and next thing we knew, I had my knife buried right between her breasts. "I...ahh....Daniel....you've made a big mistake. We c-could've been brilliant together." She groaned.
"Shut it, bitch." I growled, twisting the knife. She slid off it not long after, falling to the ground. She was dead.
"Sir?" I heard Tyrone ask behind me. "Look around us." I did, and realized we were surrounded. The Dolls had brought the cavalry. Slenderproxies and Timberwolves, They were surrounding us, and we were thoroughly stuck.
"Don't lose hope, guys!" I yelled. There were about 20 of us who got cut off from the rest of the Dolls. "We'll fight to the death if necessary!" I must say, after that, we did pretty well. Looking up, I saw Mistress and The Controller arguing over things, and ignoring us completely. I felt expendable for a moment, but the feeling dissipated after I killed a Willing Doll for The Controller.
Suddenly, out of the masses of enemies came our cavalry. This being Dawson and a bunch of Timberwolves.
"Thompson! Good to see you're alive!" Dawson grinned, stabbing an enemy timberwolf in the face. The difference were the alternate timberwolves wore green, while the normal ones wore black.
But that wasn't the end of it. A herd of Blood Vessels burst in, naked and covered in blood, shooting and stabbing a wide swath through their flanks. Convocation birds were holding their nests below them, flying over us and doing lightning air strikes. Elise, leading a legion of obfuscated tanks made by the members of the Choir came rumbling through. The Blind Man's Archivists were treating the area like a shooting gallery, and I thought I saw some Rose Brides doing whatever Rose Brides do.
Then things took another turn for the worse. I felt a slight suction, and there they were. The Hushed Monks, their mouths sewn shut, carrying what looked like a bowl of The Quiet. It was contained there, but they were tossing people from both people in it, offering them to their god. A Sine Corda member was in front of them, preaching. "O lord Quiet, be you Quiet or The Consumption in another world, we offer you these sacrifices to further your quest of eliminating all life!"
They came right up to Thomas, who after shooting three of them, was tossed into the Quiet himself. He grabbed the Sine Corda member, and they were both ripped up. The Hushed Monks, completely unperturbed by this, continued, sucking up anyone who came too close.
Finally, The Empty City (Who seemed busy with something else) ate them, but not before they killed 100 or so people.
The battle continued all night. Yes, this all happened yesterday, and it continued into this morning, when finally, there were so few enemy proxies, they all retreated. Battered and torn, we all looked around at the dead and living. It seemed Thomas was the only dead one. Then I heard a yell from somewhere near the Tower. "Daniel!" Turnip yelled, and I rushed over to him. It was Mack.
He had been cleanly bisected minutes before the battle ended. He was alive, but not for much longer.
"Hey, kid..." Mack asked me.
"Yes, Mack? What is it?" I asked him.
"Yer a bright young kid.....got a good future ahead a' ya....don't you go ending up like me and dying, okay? Promise?" He asked me. I doubt I've mentioned this, but Mack was a huge help during my recovery, and we had grown kind of close.
"I promise." I responded.
"Take my hat, kid..." He took off his baseball cap, revealing his almost-bald head. "Remember me when ya look at it." He handed me his cap, a grungy old trucking company hat with letters so faded I couldn't read them. His hand flopped onto the ground. Mack was dead.
I didn't know what to say. Everyone was returning to their domains, and Mistress floated down. "Soon it'll be Fear versus Fear. We need to prepare." And everyone began walking inside. The Empty City began swallowing the dead bodies. I went into The Screaming Tower.
Tonight I don't even want to have sex with Elise.
Tonight I don't even want to live anymore.
She's hugging me. I'm beginning to cry. I have to stop this post here.

Bar Trip
So I've been back-and-forthing with Lydia, and I decided to take her up on the drink offer she's made so many times. I have found this bar that was Proxy only in Atlantic City, 24/7. It sounded a bit better than the one in Vegas, so we went to that one instead.
I still haven't bothered learning to drive, so instead, I decided to get more used to my legs and walk to Atlantic City, using a door or two, though I texted Lydia (Yes, I have her number, get over it!) and asked her to pick me up when I got to the City itself. It took me about three hours, and seven doors (One led to directly over Mauna Lea, so I almost fell, and another led into solid rock, it's why I hate Door traveling, especially when they spawn into anywhere like that).
I didn't think ravens could afford Corvettes. I was wrong. It was a beautiful thing, painted bright red with an pewter eagle for a hood ornament. She drove up beside me on the sidewalk, rolled down the window, and told me to get in. Her GPS was already loaded with the coordinates to the bar, and off we went.
By the time we got there, it was already 8:30PM, and there was an Archivist as a bouncer. Not a very strong fellow, but he had a very visible shotgun, and didn't look to be afraid to use it. "Names?" He asked, an eyebrow raised.
"Daniel Thompson." I said.
"Lydia Coleburn." Lydia said proudly.
"Ah yes, welcome, the both of you." He said, stepping aside and allowing us in. It was a nice place, with soft lighting and relaxing piano music, though I kinda felt uneasy when I saw the piano player was wearing a gas mask.
Either way, Lydia and I sat down at the bar, and a blue haired female bartender smiled at us. "What can I get you two?"
"I'll have a Guinness." I told her.
"Screwdriver for me, please." Lydia requested. Within two minutes, our drinks were on the table in front of us. Now, I know someone's gonna say 'BUT YOU AREN'T TWENTY-ONE' and I can just reply with fuck you, I'm a proxy.
I was about to take a drink, but Lydia stopped me. She pulled two small tablets out of her coat pocket, and plopped them into our drinks, watching them fizz and dissolve. The bartender twitched for a moment, then returned to normal. "What did you put in them?" I asked her.
"Ink disposers. They're odorless, tasteless, and dissolve within seconds. They also render ink harmless. Something the timberwolves came up a couple years when EAT had her sights on their legions. Not like it's a problem for them, though. Archie's literally got millions." Lydia sighed.
"And we're going to have to fight side-by-side with them." I responded.
"I know. A little birdie of mine happened to be at the convention two days back. You know, the one that swooped down and tried to shit on Archie's head." Lydia replied.
"I did not see that." I chuckled.
"It was priceless. He just gave the dirtiest look that a gas mask could give for the longest time." Lydia could barely control herself. We stared at each other for about eight seconds, and then we burst out laughing, causing some of the proxies to shoot glances in our direction.
Turning on the barstool, I glanced around at my fellow patrons. Two Slenderproxies were shooting dice with some Maenads in the corner, and a bunch of timberwolves were hanging around the piano, playfully harassing the player, who completely ignored them all.
Over at one of the smaller tables, there was someone clasping a Rose Bride's hand in his, the bride clearly very smitten with the man. He glanced over at me, whispered something to her, and began walking in my direction.
I realized something. The sunglasses. The fedora. The sport coat. This guy, he's parodying me, he's even wearing khakis, like me. I recognized him suddenly, and it hit me like a freight train. It was Dawson.
"Well, well, Thompson, what an unpleasant surprise." He chuckled, sitting on the bar stool next to me.
"Dawson." I replied. "To what do I owe the honor of being visited by the Archangel's anal slave?"
"It's not so bad once you get used to it." Dawson shrugged. "Either way, I'm gonna be blunt here. I want to kill you myself. I also know that killing you right before we fight the imitation Fears is a bad idea. So basically, don't die out on the battlefield, you hear?"
"I have no intention at the hands of you or anyone else." I responded. "Now, if you don't mind."
Dawson backed away, smiling. "I gotcha, I gotcha. Besides, I have this pretty thing to take with me." He pointed as the still-blushing Rose Bride at the table. Without another word, he turned on his heel and walked away.
I turned back to Lydia and my drink. "I hate that bastard. He tries to hit on me every time he sees me, on the internet or otherwise."
"Seems you're not alone." I said, turning towards the door to watch Dawson and his 750th girlfriend exit the bar.
I would be more specific over the rest of the evening, but I can't exactly remember. I started drinking more, and eventually I got very, very, VERY drunk. To the point where my words were apparently almost incoherent. According to Lydia's texts, I ended up telling her my entire life story, a detailed account of my sex life, the life story of my entire family, and a recap of every Pokemon game I've played in the past two years.
She drove me home and left me in front of the The Screaming Tower. I woke up with a terrible hangover.
Now is the first time I feel good enough to actually get onto the internet. Whatever.

A Visit From Myself
So we had an odd visit today. First off, everyone was very busy fortifying The Screaming Tower, and I was undergoing even more intense physical therapy to get back to normal. I can walk now without the crutches, but I'm still a little shaky, and don't ask me to run. Anyways, I had just gotten done with the therapy and was going to go outside to see how the progress on the outside was coming. "Vassal." I heard Mistress say behind me.
I turned around, and there she was, motioning for me to come into her room. Naturally, I followed. Then, when I entered her room, I stopped. The hair. The face. The glasses. The smile. The trilby. I was staring at myself. The only difference was the huge tits and more feminine shapes on her. This was like a female mirror of myself.
"So you're Daniel Thompson?" She said, walking up to me and shaking my hand. "Danielle Thompson. Doll to The Wooden Man." She curtsied quickly, then turned around and took up her former position on the other side of the room. "I'm here to make you an offer, Miss Wooden Girl."
"That's Miss Maple to you." Mistress snarled back, the hostility in her voice very prominent. "And what is it?"
"Lord Pinocchio....wishes to resolve this peacefully. Basically, if you cede control of your domain, and all non-willing Dolls, he will allow you to live. Simple as that." Danielle finished, and stood still while Mistress made her decision. It didn't take long.
"Well, you can tell your 'Lord Pinocchio' that if he wants my fucking tower, he has to come over here and take it from me himself." Mistress crossed her arms.
"I don't think you fully understand." A very familiar glint of rage flashed through Danielle's eyes. "Lord Pinocchio is adamant that-" She stopped as Mistress wound strings around Danielle's neck.
"I don't think you fully understand, bitch. This is my goddamn tower. Now, I'm going to untie, close my eyes and count to 10. And if you aren't out by the time I open my eyes, you'll be on the dinner menu for my vultures tonight. Capiche?" Danielle simply nodded.
Mistress unwound the strings, and Danielle was off like a rocket.
"I get the feeling you should've killed her." I said to Mistress.
"I do too." She replied.
So I don't know how this is gonna happen, but it's gonna happen.

Thinking With Portals
So today, I was awoken early by Sylvia. I could crashing and banging outside my room, and all the Dolls seemed to be rushing about.
"Hrrrm, Sylvia, what's happening?" I said, while stretching and yawning.
"Blind Man call meeting for all Fears. Says very important news!" Sylvia spoke quickly, helping me get dressed and helping me stand up on my crutches. I'm not even embarrassed by this anymore, I've come to accept it. Slowly, I hobbled out of my room and tried to find Mistress. After hobbling awkwardly down two flights of stairs, I find her waiting by the entrance.
"There you are!" Mistress said exasperatedly, putting a hand on her hip. She looked visibly disturbed, which is pretty impressive for a painted face on a wooden puppet. "Now let's go!" She turned and walked away, not even giving me time to get my crutches prepared. It was a long hike through the Empty City, I'll say that much. There was just Mistress, me, and Sylvia to help me along heading there. Apparently Mistress uses me because 'I have the most experience speaking and dealing with the Fears.' Whatever.
When we actually made it there, there was a complete clusterfuck of Fears and proxies. I could barely pick people and Fears apart. We found a few metal folding chairs and sat down, and waited for the meeting to begin.
"Alright everyone, sit down please, and we'll begin." The Blind Man began, and everyone sat. "The Archangel." He said.
"Here." Archie said, annoyed that The Blind Man was taking rollcall.
"The Black Dog."
"Woof." The Black Dog barked, sitting in the back, staring intently at anyone who met their gaze.
"The Brute."
"Be glad I have graced your presence, foolish mortals." A cloud of smoke in the front responded.
"Yes, your majesty." The Blind Man muttered sarcasticly under his breath, making no attempts to hide his dismay. "The Burning Bride."
"Here." The Burning Bride raised her hand, sitting in a half-melted folding chair. I almost felt bad for her.
"The Choir."
"Here." Elise spoke for them.
"The Cold Boy."
"Here." A voice piped up, and the Cold Boy bolted up in his seat, somewhere to the right of us.
"The Convocation."
A screech from the closest tree told us all we needed to know.
"The Dying Man."
Multiple hands raised and a multitude of voices all shouted at the same time.
"EAT."
"Here!" Three female Campers sang out in perfect harmony. EAT must have a fun life, doing stuff like that.
"The Eye."
"I am here, O sightless one." A voice boomed from overhead.
"The Grotesque."
A man lying on the ground began convulsing and screeching "H-h-h-EEEEEEEEERRRRE!" The man screamed, then silent.
The Blind Man looked disturbed. "Ooookay. The Intrusion."
Bugs skittered to the front, then skittered back throughout the crowd to a Drone slumped over a chair in the back.
"The Manufactured Newborn."
"The Infant is present." A Towerborn spoke flatly from the same general area as The Cold Boy. Sure glad I didn't become one of those.
"The Mother of Snakes."
"I am here." A lamia to the direct left of us said. Adrift was holding her left hand, and she looked over and grinned her reptilian grin at me. I felt a chill go down my spine. Mistress flipped her off.
"The Nightlanders....what am I saying, of course there are Nightlanders. Moving on....The Plague Doctor." The Blind Man corrected his mistake.
"Our Lord is here." An Oathbreaker spoke, him and multiple others sitting around The Plague Doctor in a circle.
"The Quiet isn't here...The Rake." The Blind Man said.
The Rake simply walked up to The Blind Man, turned around, and walked back to the back left of us, where he was sitting.
"The Red Cap."
"Heeeeeeeere!" Red's sickeningly sweet voice rang out in the city.
"The Slender Man."
"Here." A proxy spoke for him.
"The Smiling Man."
"Here, my pretty!" I heard him yell from the back.
"Smiley, can you not be a creeper just this fucking once?" Archie yelled at him.
"Ahem. The Unnamed Child."
"I'm here!" Adrift yelled, still gripping The Mother of Snakes's hand.
"The Wooden Girl."
"Took you long enough." Mistress responded indignantly.
"Ah, yes, well....this is why I called you all here. All of our lives are in danger. And not because of each other." The Blind Man began, and waited for the whisperings and mutterings to quiet down. "In an alternate dimension, not far from this one in the grand scale of the multiverse, the Quiet has completely consumed a universe. Now, as we all know, The Quiet is the only trans-dimensional amongst us. There is only one of it. But there are multiple versions of all others. All of us. And unlike most times when this happens, they lived. And they're coming here. And we all know what that will ultimately mean."
"Does that mean I get a new playmate?" The Cold Boy raised his hand.
"No, it means they're gonna try to forcefully remove us from power." The Blind Man responded. "Kill us." Again, he waited for the commotion to die down. "I have called us all here not only to inform you of the circumstances, but to ask for a temporary cease-fire on each other. We all need to come together if we are to live."
"How long do we have?" Mistress asked.
"I'm unsure of that, but I'd say a week at the maximum. So over the next few days, I would advise you to strengthen your forces and defenses on your domains." The Blind Man kept going. "They won't have many proxies with them, if any, so there's that. This meeting is now adjourned." Everyone instantly began leaving, and Mistress was in a hurry to get back.
"Come on, hurry up!" She was yelling at me the whole way back, and Sylvia and I were trying to keep up.
So it was a long day. Even as I'm typing, I can hear hammering and sawing. So I'm gonna try to sleep now.

Just a quick update
Elise and I have been reunited.
I'm undergoing intense physical therapy to get me back in fighting form.
That's why I haven't posted in so long. Nothing else special has happened, except I've figured out how to attach my combat knife to my flamethrower so it's a Bayonetted Flamethrower. So yeah.

Story Time with Uncle Daniel
Since I really have nothing to post about, except how well I'm recovering (Still bedridden, waiting for the skin to grow back on the bottom of my feet, but pretty decent otherwise. The swelling in my eye has gone down, so I finally see again out of both eyes!)
I'll treat you all to a little story. Why I hate The Red Cap so much. Because she killed my best friend.
It was back in....seventh grade, I believe. I was 12. I had a best friend. Her name was Allison. We had been best friends for years, and we legitimately loved each other, but didn't due to a rather jealous ex-boyfriend of hers.
I was at her house, playing video games with her (I still have the copy of Mario Kart Wii we were playing) and her parents were at work. They trusted me enough to leave her and I alone without worrying we were gonna fuck each other's brains out or anything. Then again, we were 12, so that probably was a contributing factor, but.....I digress. Whatever.
Either way, we had ordered a pizza, and the doorbell rang about five minutes afterwards. Obviously assuming it was the pizza guy, though he was pretty fast, Allison went and opened the door. We were both surprised to see it wasn't the pizza, but a beautiful red-haired woman, and I mean her hair was fucking RED, with a dress to match, standing there.
"Can I help y-y-" Her voice cut off, as the woman coyly whispered to her "Let me in." It was barely audible as she dissolved into red sparks and flew into Allison. The door slammed shut.
She turned to me, blood trickling from her mouth, her eyes, her nose, her ears. She stumbled towards me, blood now streaming down her leg. She turned suddenly on one heel, almost as if she was...a marionette...................................................................................................................................................................................................
Woops, sorry, I sort of zoned out while holding the period key. I guess I'll just leave them all there. Whatever. This is traumatic for me to tell at best, but I guess I might as well tell somebody. Not even Elise knows this, but she will after I publish this......I'm digressing again.
She sort of fell into the kitchen, and pulled out what I guess must've been a knife for carving up thanksgiving turkeys or something massive like that. And then she cut herself, her arms, her torso, her legs. She was the turkey. She turned to me, and that bloody face, that placid grin, the wrecked, ruined face of that sweet, wonderful, slightly tomboyish girl that I had known since preschool...I'll never forget that face, for as long as I live.
Then, falling towards me, she tried to bleed ON ME. I had no clue, of course, what was going on, but now I know. After failing to do this for a little while, due to me backing up around the room to avoid it, The Red Cap left Allison's body, causing Allison to fall to the floor with a resounding thud.
Red calmly walked over to me, and knelt down next to me. "Let me-" She began, but couldn't finish, as her skull caved in from a blow from the closest weapon I could find. An Xbox controller. I swear, those things are fucking lethal. And Nintendo thinks their Wiimote could do some damage.
I left everything as it was, and went over to check Allison's pulse. Nothing. She was gone. So I called the cops. Five minutes and they were there.
I told them a....slightly incorrect version of the story, through my sobbing. I told them that Allison went and answered the door, and Red forced her way in, with the knife (Somehow the fingerprints of the woman were on the knife) and cut up Allison, while she fought her off. After Allison was killed, the woman went after me with the knife, and I knocked it out of her hand (Hence why it was over near Allison rather than Red) and then when she tried to attack me anyways, I caved her head in with the Xbox controller.
I was taken home, where my very sympathetic parents cleaned me up and took me for therapy. The symptoms went away for a little while, but when they came back, my parents finally gave in and the whole family packed up and moved from Maine to Pennsylvania.
Well, there you go, folks, that's why I hate The Red Cap. Now, if you don't mind, I'm just gonna go cry myself to sleep now.
